For Professional & Industrial growth, training plays an imperative & optimistic role in today’s competitive and rapidly changing work environment. Employee’s development & grooming become more critical & essential for which importance of training & development can not be denied, as it is a proactive process leading towards building the competencies and capabilities of employees.

Sitara Chemical Industries Limited is very well aware about the changing scenarios and focusing providing multi-high level training to its employees to equip them with most modern professional tools & techniques. In continuation to its existing training & development activities, the management of SCIL has broadened its internal training activities for fresh graduates and plant workforce in order to make them ready to face the challenges of future and for their career growth. In this perspective, the Senior Executive’s lectures and discussion sessions are being arranged for the fresh graduates & middle management employees. Academic & on job training (OJT) of plant operators and supervisors is being conducted by Senior Manager Training of the company.

Total 11 Executives/Officers have been sent for external training to different institutes for their professional; growth from July – December 2009. During November 2009, total 9 internal training sessions of fresh graduates and middle management employees were conducted successfully. This was in addition to 8 other internal training sessions of plant operators and supervisors, were conducted by Mr. Nasir Ahmad, Senior Manager (Training)
