Ferric chloride produced is extensively used as agent for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment for the removal of turbidity, color, suspended solids and phosphorus. Sludge conditioning, compaction and volume reduction. Oily wastewater clarification and dissolved air flotation. Emulsion breaking. It is also used as an etchant, mordant, catalyst, oxidant, agent for condensation and disinfectant. This product is also used for pigment making.

Supplied in bulk, in Rubber lined or FRP tankers. Also supplied in net 280 kg HDPE plastic drums and 35 kg HDPE plastic Cans.
Keep container closed and dry, in cool place, and protect from physical damage.
Storage tanks and piping for Ferric Chloride solution should be constructed of materials recommended for corrosive products. FRP, PVC, HDPE and/or rubber are the materials of choice for piping and storage tanks.
